Same Principal ?!?!

The same man continues as the Principal for another six months on reduced, consolidated salary. Only tomorrow it will be known that whether he will accept or reject this offer...The coming year may be one of the past years if he continues...

    Sounds like he is being penalised and if he accepts it will reflect that he accepts the penalty... very discouraging indeed!!
